Review: SEVENTEEN IS BACK! I love them so much and this song, I love it so much! I got to be honest for a bit though, when I first heard the highlight medley for this new album, I wasn’t too sure about how “Pretty U” would turn out. Like it just sounded too soft? I don’t even know how to describe it because I honestly thought at that time that it wasn’t going to be as great as “Adore U” and “Mansae”, ya know? But then, I was wrong for a bit. When they finally released the music video, I checked it out. I loved the concept of the music video, but I wished the just showed the amazing dance to the song instead of making this kind of story line concept in the music video. Since they are one of the best idol performing groups, I wished they would of just showed the cute dance they had for the song instead of this whole messing around young teenage boy life promoting themselves and all. Anyways, back to the song. Like I said from before, I thought it wasn’t going to be good as “Adore U” and “Mansae”. The first time I heard it, I was just like “okay, it’s alright.” But when I checked out the performance at their showcase of the song, I was wrong. The performance made me love the song. The dance was so cute and so lively and it made the song 10x better. Now, I can’t get enough of it and like their entire album is amazing! It’s so beautiful and I wish it was topping the charts, but sadly it isn’t. I only rate it a 9 because I feel like the song is slightly missing that “Seventeen” color that I am looking for. Just slightly, if you know what I probably mean. Overall, the song is cute, the dance is amazing, and the entire album is beautiful. Check it out guys!
